Your tasksBecome part of our versatile Fleet Management & GoGreen team in the Post & Parcel Germany division and gain unique insights into the activities of the leading international logistics company. The Fleet Management & GoGreen department is responsible for the planning and control of the entire company fleet as well as the development of the charging infrastructure for alternatively powered vehicles. We are not only responsible for the control of a total of around 100,000 vehicles throughout Germany, but also for the ecological transformation of the vehicle fleet by switching to alternative drive technologies. We already use electric or biogas-powered technologies for a large part of our fleet, with the aim of further expansion in the coming years. In addition, we are pushing ahead with various digitization projects, e.g. by expanding applications and dashboards in order to improve transparency about inventories, failures and accidents in our nationwide fleet and to be able to proactively manage our fleet.Our projects are characterised by a high degree of involvement of senior and top management, their high relevance to the company's success and their direct contribution to Post & Parcel Germany's sustainability strategy. Your profile- Completed bachelor's degree or current master's degree in engineering, management, business administration, economics, sustainability or a related field from a recognized university
- Good academic performance with courses or projects in strategy, sustainability or international business
- Previous internships or work experience in logistics, energy or automotive, consulting, corporate strategy or a related field are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and in a structured team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge of Excel – especially experience in creating and working with more complex Excel models
- Proficiency in other common Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in German
- Good knowledge of PowerBI as well as initial experience in AI-powered applications are desirable
