Terumo recently acquired a CDMO facility in Leverkusen, Germany to enhance its capacity and better service customer demands within EMEA. As part of this acquisition we are now looking to hire a Supply Chain and Warehouse manager to support this production site.
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our Drug Product site in Leverkusen. This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of materials and information across forecasting, procurement, warehousing, and external supplier management to support manufacturing and project delivery.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, drive operational excellence, and lead strategic initiatives. You will develop and mentor your team towards high performance, foster collaboration across functions, and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a dynamic but regulated environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement, compliance, and safety. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction within a global medical device organization.
