A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Head of Commissioning Site Management team, you will lead a team of commissioning managers who are deployed on projects worldwide. By commissioning the Siemens Energy Grid Technologie scope on large scale projects i.e., world class HVDC Systems, Power Transmission Systems, Grid Stabilizing Systems, your group actively contributes to the energy transition.
Your daily work will be on interaction with your employees on site and on the test fields worldwide. The coordination of next assignments with your employee, resource manager and HUB manager will also be a part of your job. As there is a high demand of new employees you may also do interviews and after that support onboarding. As training and development is an integral part of our organization, you will also drive this topic with your team. You drive process improvements, cost-out initiatives, and risk mitigation, while maintaining close alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
