As a Solution Development Manager Automation GI (m/w/d), your mission is to increase the sales, market share, and brand presence for the Defense Sub-Segments across the Customer Center Central Europe in line with our vision and strategy to become #1 provider for Smart Factory Tightening Solutions.
This shall be achieved by working together with the local customer centers ensuring they know where to go, what to do, and how to do it to successfully develop this business. As these sub-segments get major governmental investments, you will initiate, drive and develop the business in the customer center in line with the global strategy. The goal is to exceed a stable customer base and generate exponential growth.
A certain willingness to travel is required, as you will work closely with international teams and customer centers. You will report to the Business Line Manager GI.
