As a working student contributing to the Windanker project, your day will be dynamic and engaging. You will start by assisting with project management tasks, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are on track. Your responsibilities will include planning and tracking service campaigns, where you will collaborate with the offshore site team to provide remote support. Throughout the day, you will engage in various administrative tasks, helping to streamline operations and improve team efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting critical offshore projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute all operations, measures, activities, and tasks as advised by management or supervisors
• Acquire and apply relevant theories, techniques, methods, tools, and processes within the designated area of responsibility
• Streamline documentation processes and supervise the progress of the Annual Maintenance Campaign
• Assist the offshore site team by generating work orders, requesting quotations for tools and materials, and ordering spare parts, along with other supportive tasks
• Coordinate crew changes by notifying relevant parties, collecting on-signing documents, and maintaining an overview of personnel status to ensure flawless transitions
• Prepare management reports, statistics, and analyses to support the project management team optimally

What You Bring

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Renewable Energies, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; please include proof of student status (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) with your application
• Previous experience in analytics, management support, project management, business planning, or consulting is highly desirable
• Proficient in advanced MS Office Suite and SAP applications
• Strong team player with a diligent, accurate, and analytical approach; possesses customer service skills and a proven business background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in both German and English
